EFT - Tips for Effectiveness (Part 8)

Some new users of EFT often will be unsure as to what to tap for. They want to use EFT to help them release an issue but have doubts about whether they are doing EFT correctly or not.

This is an easy thing to resolve. You should use EFT on an issue even if you are not sure what you are saying is the correct way of describing the issue or not. You see that EFT will not harm you even if you tap on a statement that does not really apply to you.

The proof of this is all the EFT therapists who constantly tap on themselves when demonstrating to a client how to phrase a statement about their issue.

So, there is nothing to hold you back now. Use EFT on the thoughts that come to mind when you you think about your issue.
